Norm was more than a friend. He was a teacher and a mentor. He took a simple mill worker who never saw the inside of a jail and turned me into a corrections officer. He believed in me and those he cared about. He was there during my brightest moments and my darkest hours, always supporting me. We are all better people for having known Norm. He leaves a void that cannot be filled. God speed Norm. You will be missed, but never forgotten.
