Condolence From: Vicki Bulisco
Condolence: I was both shocked and saddened by the passing of Norm. "Major Micco" was not only a boss to me but also a mentor and more importantly...a true friend. He was always there for me with words of wisdom or even to just listen in times of need. He will be greatly missed but certainly not forgotten. May his family and loved ones find comfort in knowing others care and may Norm rest in peace. All my love, Vicki Bulisco

Condolence From: Rich Adamo
Condolence: Norm was more than a friend. He was a teacher and a mentor. He took a simple mill worker who never saw the inside of a jail and turned me into a corrections officer. He believed in me and those he cared about. He was there during my brightest moments and my darkest hours, always supporting me. We are all better people for having known Norm. He leaves a void that cannot be filled. God speed Norm. You will be missed, but never forgotten.

Condolence: You have my deepest sympathy. Norm was a great man and for many years we worked together at the jail. He was always there for you at work if you needed anything. He always had your back and we all knew that. He made you a better correctional officer. From softball jail tournaments to Christmas parties Norm always was there supporting all of us employees. Sending many thoughts & prayers for to the family & friends of Norm during this difficult time. Norm, rest in peace. Love ya like a brother Norm.

Condolence From: Drew Hallowich
Condolence: Norm was one of my best friends and will be missed by me greatly. He was a great father, a great person to work for, and most of all a great man. He taught me so much about myself and about being a great Corrections Officer. He will be missed by us all. We never did have that "night out" like we always talked about so many times Norm. I guess all the History and Memories with Rich and I will just have to do.. God Bless you Norm, you deserve it. May you rest in peace, you deserve that too. Your Friend, Drew Hallowich
