Obituary for Inge Parshall

Inge Parshall
Inge Parshall, 69, of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of July 5, 2018 at Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice. Born on April 14, 1949 in Landsberg am Lech, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Elisabeth Mauermann Tessmer. Surviving at home is her beloved husband of 50 years, Gilbert “Gib” Parshall, whom she married on June 22, 1968

Inge worked many years doing bookkeeping and accounting in New Castle and Odessa, TX where she and her husband lived for several years. During this most recent time of living in New Castle, she became a licensed massage therapist and worked at various salons and chiropractor’s office. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses New Castle Congregation.

Inge had a sincere interest in helping others. There are many who benefited from her support and assistance in practical ways. Inge was especially interested in helping people by sharing in Scriptural discussions and teaching. She will be remembered as a woman with an inner beauty, a friendly smile, and self-sacrificing spirit.

In addition to her husband, Inge is survived by her sister, Hanna Northime and husband Ronald of Chicora, PA.

Memorial services will be held July 28 at 2:00pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 2020 Willow Way.
