Obituary for Angeline Giacomini Young
Angeline Giacomini Young, 99, of New Castle, passed away the evening of October 24, 2015 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. Born on February 19, 1916 in Masury, OH, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Mary Luvison Giacomini. On May 25, 1939, she married her beloved husband, Hugo A. Young, and the two spent over 58 wonderful years together until he preceded her in death on October 20, 1997.
Angeline attended schools in Ohio and New Castle, PA. She worked at Shenango Pottery and other local downtown stores. Angeline was a member of St. Vitus Church, and she also belonged to the Ladies of the Dukes.
Angeline is survived by her children, Joanne Stone and husband Charles of New Castle and Anthony Young and wife Connie of Hubbard, OH; sister, Mary Ferrari of Lyndhurst, NJ; grandchildren, Andrea Keyser, Deanna Rossi, Chucky Stone, Anthony Young, Michael Young, and Kathy Heinz; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, H. David Young on January 27, 1967, and brother, Guido Giacomini.
Private services conducted by Father Larry Adams were held at Parkside Mausoleum followed by entombment.
