William Richard Klinesmith, 42, passed away the evening of September 4, 2012 at the Avalon Nursing Center.

He was born in Rochester, Pa. on January 26, 1970, a son of Paul R. and Darlene Strohecker Klinesmith. His father preceded him in death. His mother survives and resides in New Castle. He was a member of the Wayside Emmanuel Methodist Church.

William was a 1989 graduate of the Lawrence County Career and Technical Center. William had worked at various pizza shops in New Castle and Giant Eagle Supermarket on Butler Rd. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. William was a loving son, brother and uncle and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his mother, William is survived by two sisters, Crystal Herr and her husband Larry of West Pittsburg; Mowana (Dee) Thompson and her husband Wendell of Fredonia, PA; one niece and three nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father and an infant brother Paul R. Klinesmith, Jr.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2PM to 5PM at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 5PM at the funeral home. Rev. Hope Cummins of Wayside Emmanuel Methodist Church will officiate.

Burial will take place at Parkside Cemetery and Mausoleum.
