Obituary for Sheryl Ann Wilkison (Ringbloom)
Sheryl Ann Wilkison, 77, of Neshannock Township passed away the afternoon of June 16, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian.
Born on July 21, 1943 in New Castle she was the daughter of the late Lyman and Betty Jeanne Stockman Ringbloom.
Sheryl is survived by her beloved husband, Ron Wilkison, who she married on September 19, 1962.
Sheryl had worked as an EMT and Paramedic and as an Outreach Coordinator for Emergency Medical Services.
She had served as the past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of Elks. Sheryl was coach for the North Hills Girls Softball. She enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Pirates and attending their games. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Sheryl’s greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.
In addition to her husband, Sheryl is survived by her daughters, Jodi Rugh and her husband Jim, Joi Wilkison, her brother, Lyman Ringbloom, Jr. and his wife Marilyn, three grandsons, J.T. Rugh and his wife Leslie, Alex Rugh and Jeremy Rugh, and one granddaughter, Chloe Wilkison.
In addition to her parents, Sheryl was preceded in death by her son, Ron “Koot” Wilkison and her sister, Betty Jeanne Aiken.
Honoring her wishes, the service is private.
