Rosemary Fleckenstein, 79, of New Castle, passed away on October 21, 2018 at Golden Hill Nursing Home.

Born September 18, 1939 in Meadville, PA she was the daughter of the late James and Mary McCrudden Fleckenstein.

Rosemary retired from Jameson Memorial Hospital where she had worked as a Nurse’s Aid. She was very active and enjoyed being a part of the SWIFT group at Quality of Life Services of New Castle.

Rosemary is survived by her sister, Ann Schultz and husband John of New Castle, her cousin’s Marlene Stoddard and her husband Chuck of New Castle, Maryanne Hudak and husband, two nephew’s, Joe and John Schultz and one niece, Jennifer Stalnecker, and many close friends that were like family.

In honoring her wishes, there will be no visitation or services.

Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
