Obituary for Robert Leroy Moss
Robert Leroy Moss, 81, of Neshannock Township, passed away the afternoon of January 20, 2019 at Quality Life Services of New Castle.
Born on February 9, 1937 in Willow Grove, PA, Robert was the son of the late Robert and Grace Stevenson Moss. He is survived by his loving wife of sixty three years, the former Rosaline Fazio.
Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish and also the Slovak Club. Robert retired after thirty years of working for General Motors Corp. in Lordstown, OH. Robert always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by his son, Daniel Moss and his wife Mary of Transfer, PA, brother, John Moss of New Castle, sisters, Mary Helle of New Castle, Geraldine Miloser, of West Pittsburg, Ella Shaffer of New Wilmington and grandson, Robby Moss of New Castle.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his daughter, Cynthia A. Rhodes and his brothers, Charles (Chuck) Moss and James W. Moss.
A private service will be held at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd. conducted by Deacon John Carran.
Burial will take place at St. Lucy Cemetery.
