Obituary for Lori A. DeLillo (Cisneros)

Lori A. Cisneros DeLillo, 54, of Neshannock Township passed away the evening of August 7, 2021 at UPMC Passavant McCandless.

Lori was born on January 7, 1967 in Alameda, California. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Cisneros. She is survived by her mother, Sharon Mudri Johnson of New Castle.

On September 4, 1998 Lori married her beloved husband, Jason DeLillo. He survives at home.
Lori retired as a Master Sergeant after thirty-two years of proudly serving her country in the United States Air Force.

She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Site.

Lori enjoyed traveling with family and friends. She was known for being a cheerleader and gymnastics instructor in New Castle for many years, teaching hundreds of children. Lori always believed it took a village to raise a child. Her home was known as the Kool Aid House, where she was not just a mother and mentor to her own children, but to all the children that passed through her door. Lori always showed unconditional love for everyone she knew. A loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and aunt, Lori’s greatest joy was the time she spent with her family and many friends.

In addition to her husband and mother, Lori is survived by her children, Dante DeLillo, Ellina DeLillo, Aviana DeLillo, Luciano DeLillo, Rocco DeLillo and Joey Nerti who she had shared guardianship, her brothers, Craig Brophy and Stephen Walker (Britney), sisters, Kimberley Brophy Gallagher (Patrick), Jennifer Brophy Frazzini (Bryan), her step-sister, Casey Brophy-Reed, her step-father, Joseph Brophy and several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be on Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.

At the request of the family, Visitors are asked to adhere to CDC guidelines with the wearing of face masks during visitation and the Funeral Mass.

A procession will leave the funeral home on Friday at 10:15 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Site at 11:00 a.m. Father Benjamin Barr will officiate.

Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery where Military Rites will be conducted.
