Obituary for John A. Tardio
John A. Tardio, age 87 of Edinburg passed away on July 12, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.
He was born September 18, 1933 in New Castle, son the of late Salvatore and Nelli (Bondi) Tardio.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, the former Paula Favorite; beloved father to Anthony Tardio and wife Amy, Bobbi Jean Mann and husband Dave; loving grandfather to Mindi Lombardo and husband Anthony, Cale Armstrong, Nate Armstrong; loving great grandfather to Michael John Lombardo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog “Sandi.”
John enjoyed spending time with his family and cherished his grandchildren and great grandson. He will be missed by all that knew him.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters Sam Tardio, Frank Tardio, Paul Tardio, Joe Tardio, Josephine Patton, and Frances Altman.
A viewing will be held Saturday July 17, 2021 from 3pm until time of service at 4pm at Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road with Pastor Tim Fair officiate.
