Obituary for Jack E. Frazier
Jack Frazier, 91, formerly of Neshannock Township passed away the morning of January 9, 2021 at St. Johns Specialty Care in Mars, Pa.
Born on March 22, 1929 in New Castle he was the son of the late Carl and Helen Porter Frazier.
Jack was married to his beloved wife the former Doris Devido for sixty-three years. She preceded him in death on May 24, 2015.
Jack retired in 1985 as President of the Teamsters Union Local 261.
Jack had proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy.
He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.
Jack had sat on the board at Lark Enterprises and was member of the Lawrence Club. Jack was a longtime volunteer for Meals on Wheels. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. A loving father and grandfather Jack’s greatest joy was the time he spent with his family.
Jack is survived by his children, Ricky Frazier (Mindy) of Bluffton, S.C., Lee Ann Frazier Patterson of Wexford and one granddaughter, Jamie L. Patterson of Pittsburgh.
In addition to his parents and wife, Jack was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and William Frazier.
Due to the current health crisis within our community, a private service for the family will be held at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.
Entombment will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
