Catherine A. DeLillo, 97, of Neshannock Township, (known to her closest friends and family as “Lolly”, a name affectionally given to her in childhood), passed away the evening of August 30, 2021 at UPMC Cumberland Crossing Manor.

Born on April 24, 1924 in Hillsville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Josephine Capezutto Masinando.

On April 18. 1953, Lolly married her beloved husband, Louis DeLillo, Jr. He preceded her in death on October 29, 1999.

In the early years, Lolly had worked at Shenango Pottery. In the 1970’s she worked at May’s Dress Shoppe and later at Commercial Printing.

Lolly was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Camillus Church.

Lolly enjoyed cooking and going to Challenges, the local senior center, with her friends. A loving mother and grandmother, Lolly’s greatest joy was the time she spent with her family and friends.

Lolly is survived by her children, Maryalyce Lowery and her husband Mark of Pittsburgh, Pa., her son, Bob DeLillo of Fort Worth, TX, one sister, Lena Audino of New Castle, and three grandchildren, Jonathan Lowery, Kathleen Lowery and Lauren Beutler.

In addition to her parents and husband, Lolly was preceded in death by two brothers, Francis Masinando and Anthony Masinando, and three sisters, Virginia Franceschelli, Mary A. Cooper and Pauline Caravella.

Honoring her wishes, there is no visitation or services at this time.

Burial will be in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
