Carol L. Pagley, 74, of Neshannock Township passed away the morning of July 15, 2022 at West Penn Hospital, after a brief illness.
Born in New Castle on July 3, 1948, Carol was the daughter of the late Jesse (Jimmy) and Evelyn P. DeLillo Biangone.
Carol is survived by her beloved husband, Richard “Rick” R. Pagley who she married on October 3, 1967.
Carol had worked for her sister at Pampered Pooch Pet Salon as the Receptionist and Pet Bather for several years.
She was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Church.
Carol enjoyed making flower arrangements, decorating, doing calligraphy, crocheting, and gardening. She was also an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan. She was always the first to offer a helping hand and volunteering with any group that needed help. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Carol’s greatest joy was the time she spent with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by her children, Steve Pagley (Angelita) of Jacksonville, FL and Rachel Mrozek (Patrick) of New Castle, her sister Erma Sindlinger (Dan) of New Castle and three grandchildren, Dominick Mrozek, Richard Mrozek and Ella Carolyn Pagley.
Family will receive friends on Friday, July 22nd, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home, 3000 Wilmington Road.
Family and Friends will meet at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Church on Saturday July 23rd for a Mass of Christian
Burial at 9:30 a.m. Father Thomas Sparacino will officiate.
Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.
