Obituary for Betty Ann Dover (Bixler)
Betty Ann Dover, 86, of New Castle passed away the morning of November 3, 2020 at Quality Life Care of New Castle.
Born on December 7, 1933 in New Castle she was the daughter of the late Walter and Marie Dout Bixler.
She is survived by her former husband, Donald Dover.
Betty worked for many years as a cake decorator for various bakeries in town and from her home.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her former husband, Betty is survived by her children, Leslie Gail Kumrow, Karen Marie DiCampello, Gary Dover (Beverly), Mark Dover (Karen), Beth Dover and Dawn Dover, twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild and many beloved nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, one grandson, and her two son-in-laws.
Services are private.
Burial will be in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
