Obituary for Antonetta "Ann" Borio
Antonetta “Ann” Borio, 93, of West Middlesex passed away the morning of March 7, 2022 at her residence.
Born on November 13, 1928 in New Castle Ann was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Catherine Vascetti Damiano.
On October 6, 1951 Ann married her beloved husband, Frank E. “Barney” Borio. He preceded her in death on May 24, 2021.
Ann had worked for Bell Telephone South in Florida as an operator and retired as a manager.
Ann was an active member of Church of the Good Shepherd. There she was part of the Ladies Auxiliary and the Altar Rosary Society.
She enjoyed cooking and going dancing with Barney. Ann also enjoyed visiting casinos and playing cards. A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Borio Robinson of West Middlesex, two grandchildren, Tessa Robinson and her fiancé’, Dan Bernice and Trevor Robinson (Laura) and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Ann was preceded in death by her son, Frank (Tippy) Borio, Jr., son-in-law, Tommy G. Robinson, one brother, Joseph Damiano and two sisters, Lucy Mitolo and Marie Colangelo.
Visitation will be on Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.
Family and Friends will meet at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3613 Sharon Road, West Middlesex, PA. on Friday at 11:00 a.m. for A Mass of Christian Burial. Father Glenn Whitman, Pastor and Father Frank Mitolo, nephew of Ann, will con celebrate.
Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.
