Obituary for Anthony M. "Tony" Colaluca

Anthony M. “Tony” Colaluca, 68, formerly of Neshannock Township, New Castle, passed away on March 28, 2022, at his home in Wichita, KS.

Tony was born in New Castle on January 30, 1954. He was the son of the late Anthony A. Colaluca and Irene Vanasky.

He is survived by his two sisters, Debbie A. Leandra (Brian) and Lorraine M. Kestle. In addition to his sisters, Tony is survived by Susan Colaluca, his nieces Sarah Underbrink, Sydney Kestle, and Devon Kestle, and his special aunt, Agnes Mastren.

Tony graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, after which he earned a nursing degree from UPMC Jameson School of Nursing in New Castle. He then graduated from the Cleveland Clinic as a Certified Cardiovascular Perfusionist (CCP) and obtained a Master’s degree in management from Friends University. With over 30 years of service as a perfusionist, Tony retired as a Clinical Manger for Healthcare Services Group, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas. In addition to his work, Tony was also an excellent cook and enjoyed spending time with his two beloved Yorkies Bella and Sophie.

A private Blessing Service was held for the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.
