Obituary for Philip F. DeCarbo
Philip F. DeCarbo, Jr, 68, of Neshannock Township passed away the morning of November 16, 2019 at his residence.
Born on April 17, 1951 he was the son of the late Philip DeCarbo, Sr. and Jane Russell DeCarbo.
On October 2, 1970 he married his beloved wife the former Colleen Gallagher who survives.
Philip had been an owner and operator of DeCarbo Express Trucking Company. He later worked for Auto Zone before he retired.
Philip enjoyed spending time at home being surrounded by his family.
In addition to his wife, Philip is survived by his daughter, Heather D. Harcar and her husband John of New Castle and two grandchildren, Hannah and Haley.
In addition to his parents, Philip was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Hill Hartman.
Honoring his wishes there is no visitation and the service is private. Arrangements have been entrusted the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.
