Obituary for Andrea M. Montgomery (Marapese)
Andrea M. Montgomery, 58, of Volant passed away the afternoon of May 21, 2019 at UPMC Shadyside.
Born on June 24, 1960 she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Ann Zingaro Marapese.
She had spent the last thirty three years with the love of her life, Dale Houk, Sr. and he survives at home.
Andrea enjoyed baking and cooking. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.
In addition to Dale, Andrea is survived by her children, Malissa Anderson and her husband Eric of New Castle, Jennifer Houk of Volant, Davida Booker of New Castle, David Houk and his wife Maranda of Cleveland, Daryl Houk and his wife Ashley of Zanesville, Daniel Houk and his wife Jessica of Portersville, Dale Houk, Jr. and his wife Amber of Brent, Jason Montgomery of New Castle, four brothers, Thomas, Randy, Antonio and Michael, one sister, Carol Innocent, twenty four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Andrea was preceded in death by her great grandson, Jaxon Montgomery.
Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
A service will be conducted on Friday at the funeral home at 4:00 p.m. Rev. Dennis Bupp will officiate.
