Obituary for Shirley L. Candioto (Parks)
Shirley L. Candioto, 92, of New Castle, passed away on March 12, 2019 at Haven Convalescent Home.
Born on November 23, 1926 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl Houston Parks.
On February 2, 1946 she married her beloved husband, George A. Candioto who preceded her in death on August 6, 2008.
Shirley enjoyed crocheting. A loving wife, mother and grandmother her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.
Shirley is survived by her two daughters, Charlene Losten and her husband Richard, Donna Dombeck and her husband Stephen, both of New Castle, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her two brothers, Harry Parks and Donald Parks, and her sister Bonnie Pallerino.
A private service will be held at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St. Rev. Dennis Bupp will officiate.
Burial will be in Mt. Herman Cemetery.
