Obituary for Eunice E. Hambrick
Eunice E. Hambrick of New Castle passed away the morning of February 28, 2019 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.
Born in New Castle on July 24, 1947, Eunice was the daughter of Lonnie and Ruth Mitchell. Her father preceded her in death and her mother survives. Eunice is survived by her loving husband of over fifty three years, Wilbert Hambrick whom she married on November 12, 1965.
Eunice was a member of St. John United Holy Church. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, listening to music and reminiscing about old times. Eunice also cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.
She is survived by her two children, Joyce Hambrick and Ronal Hambrick, both of New Castle, a brother, Keith Burley and wife Michelle of New Castle, sisters; Paulette Roberts of Palm Bay, FL, Tamara Mitchell of FL., Linda Mitchell and Brenda Lane, both of New Castle; grandchildren, Ronel Perry, Rashaad Hambrick and her great grandchild, Ally’onna Calhoun.
In addition to her father, Eunice is preceded in death by her brothers, Lonnie Mitchell, Ronald Mitchell and Melvin Lane.
Visitation is Tuesday from 11:00AM to 12:00PM at St. John United Holy Church.
A Home Going Service will be held at 12:00pm at the church conducted by Pastor Elder Clarence Leon Tucker.
Arrangements are by the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S. Mill St.
