Michael Pollio, 60, of New Castle, passed away February 18, 2019 at his residence.

Born April 25, 1958 in New Castle he was the son of the late Michael J. and Theresa Lovaglio Pollio.

On September 19, 2001 he married his beloved wife, Susan Tervo and she preceded him in death on September 17, 2009.

Michael had worked as a career machinist. Michael was a coin collector and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and ATV. He was also an avid target shooter and enjoyed gardening.

Michael is survived by his children, Rosemary Waites and her husband Arthur of Youngstown, OH, David Pollio of Grove City, Jonathan Pollio of Grove City, two step-sons, Dalton and Gary Brown., his brother, Frank Pollio and his wife Laurie of New Castle, one half- brother, four half- sisters and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 8th 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St.

A service will follow on Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Richard Nero will offiate.
