Linda D. Brown, 66, of New Castle, passed away the morning of February 9, 2019 at UPMC Jameson.

Born on October 8, 1952 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Mack Sr. and Dorothy Dix Brown.

Linda had worked as a Clerk for Adelphia and Comcast. She enjoyed crocheting and reading.

Linda is survived by her children, Nicole Nored and her husband Derrick of Youngstown, OH, Carlos Brown of Newport, KY, Alexandrea Lewis of New Castle, brothers, Eddie Brown, Mack Brown, Jr., Harry Brown, Reece Brown all of New Castle, and Phillip Brown and his wife Tonya of Virginia, her sister, Regina Brown of New Castle, her brother-in-law, James Montgomery and ten grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by two sisters, Delores Montgomery and Evelyn Roye, two brothers, Arthur Roye and Francis Brown, Sr.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 15th 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St.

A Homegoing Service will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Keith Burley will officiate.
