Mary Lou Malinowski, 93, of New Castle, passed away the morning of January 17, 2019 at her residence.

Born on October 1, 1925 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late, Vito and Gertrude Veri Colello.

On January 11, 1947 she married her beloved husband, Joseph Malinowski, and he preceded her in death on March 2, 2010.

Mary Lou was a member of St. Camillus Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking and gardening.

Mary Lou is survived by her children, Gary Malinowski and his wife Cindy of New Bedford, Jeffery Malinowski and his wife Debbie of New Castle, Mary Jo Altman and her husband of New Castle, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, and husband, Mary Lou was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Malinowski, two sisters, Margaret Micaletti and Marietta Carlozzi, and one brother, Anthony Colello.

In honoring her wishes, there is no visitation and a private family blessing service will be held at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road, conducted by Deacon John Carran.

Interment will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
