Charlynne Mills, 80, Union Township, passed away the morning of December 23, 2018 at her residence.

Born on May 25, 1938 in East Liverpool, OH, she was the daughter of the late Peerless Prince Stillwagon and Frances Elizabeth Pickens Stillwagon.


On April 15, 1959 she married her beloved husband, William R. Mills who preceded her in death on October 8, 2012.

Charlynne enjoyed reading magazines, going to yard sales and flea markets and watching game shows, but her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.

Charlynne is survived by her children, Randy L. Mills, Patricia A. Bara and her husband David, Wendy S. Mills, Brenda Ryhal all of New Castle, April J. Mills of Summerville, SC, and Rachel Hesidenz and her husband Victor, Jr. of New Bedford, eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great great- grandchild.

In addition to her parents and husband, Charlynne was preceded in death by her son, Dana R. Wolfe, two brothers and five sisters.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St. A service will follow at the funeral home at 6:00 p.m. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate.

Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery.
