Jeffery P. Duncan, 60, of New Castle, passed the morning of December 21, 2018 at The Grove at New Castle.

Born March 25, 1958 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Alfred C. and Pauline Duncan.

He is survived by his brother, Donald Duncan of Sharon and a cousin, Ron Duncan of Ellwood City.

There are no calling hours or service. Interment will be in Wurtemburg Presbyterian Cemetery.
