Jesse A. (Arlene) Frasso, 65, of New Castle, passed away on November 11, 2018 in the Cayman Islands.

Born on June 23, 1953 in Orange, TX she was the daughter of Anthony and Vergie Davis Frasso who survive at home.

Jesse worked as a head secretary at Lark Enterprises. She was affiliated with Third U.P. Church. Jesse was a very loving daughter, sister and aunt and she enjoyed sewing and traveling.

In addition to her parents, Jesse is survived by her brother, Phillip Frasso and his wife Diane of New Castle and a number of Nieces and Nephews and great Nieces and Nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St.

A service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Judith Wilson of Oak Grove Presbyterian Church officiating.

Interment is private.
