Obituary for Vera "Betty" Perrotta (McMurtry)
Vera “Betty” Perrotta, 86, of New Castle, passed away on December 7, 2018 at UPMC Mercy.
Betty was born on April 18, 1932 in Nashville, TN to the late Luther and Ruth McMurtry.
Betty enjoyed being a homemaker and loved being around and spending time with all of her family.
Betty is survived by her children, Lynn Trott and her husband Gerald, Louis Moses all of New Castle and Vincent Perrotta and his wife Pou of Hawaii, one sister, Nell Gilliam, six grandchildren, one great grandchild and two great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Louis Moses who preceded her in death in 1963, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Charles Perrotta, two sons, James Anthony Perrotta, Richard Anthony Moses, four sisters and six brothers.
Honoring her wishes there are no calling hours and the service is private.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 South Mill St.
