Ortarius S. Williams, Sr., 42, of New Castle, passed away on November 18, 2018 at UPMC Jameson.
Born on November 10, 1976 in Goldsboro, NC,he was the son of William Moore, Jr. and Bertha L. Williams.
Ortarius was a laborer. He was affiliated with Union Baptist Church.
Ortarius is survived by his children, Miranda Michlich, of New Castle, Regine Mitchell of Youngstown, Ortarius Williams, Jr, Leirre Holland, Ja’Lea Holland, Alazia Willliams all of New Castle and Shalethia Cousar of Columbus, OH, his companion, Hazel Ryhal, mother Jacqueline Holland, step mother, Leslie Moore, four brothers, five sisters, two grandchildren, Sky Mitchell-Jacobs and Genia Young.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be conducted Monday, at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Family Worship Center.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
