Julia M. Quinn Colaluca, 83, of New Castle, passed away the morning of November 13, 2018 at UPMC Jameson.

Born on November 6, 1935 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary Moffo Quinn. On June 11, 1955, she married Patsy Colaluca and he preceded her in death on July 5, 1990.

Julia was a member of St. Vitus Church. She enjoyed baking and cooking. Julia was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who cherished being surrounded by her family.

Julia is survived by her children, Judi Masters and her husband Phillip, Frank Colaluca, Karen Colaluca, and Melissa Colaluca, all of New Castle; her sister, Velma Annarella of New Castle, sisters-in-law, Arlene Quinn of New Castle, Delores Butler of McCandless, PA; grandchildren, Steve Fornataro (Erica), Ryan Colaluca and his fiancé RaeLynn Cook, Dawnitza Colaluca, Patsy Carbone and his fiancé Ashley Marshall, great grandchildren, Dominic Fornataro, Gianna Fornataro, Sophie Comaduran, Chase Comaduran, Antonio Cook , Jaxyn Carbone, several nieces and nephews as well as several others who she shared her love with.

In addition to her parents and husband, Julia was preceded in death by her sisters, Jennie Phillips, Mary Gallo, Edith Masi, Helen Ceroli, and Margaret Peluso and her brother, Anthony (Tony) Quinn.

Visitation is Thursday from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S. Mill St.

A procession will leave the funeral home on Friday morning at 9:30AM for St. Vitus Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00AM.

Interment will take place in St. Vitus Cemetery.
