James Grehan, 76, of New Castle passed away the evening of November 8, 2018 at UPMC Jameson.

He was born on April 22, 1942 in Dublin, Ireland. On June 6, 1970 he married his beloved wife, the former Renee P. Plummer, who preceded him in death on February 8, 2013.

James was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had worked in nursing department at Hill View Manor Nursing Home.

He is survived by his son, Kevin Grehan of New Castle, his sister, Cathleen Carney of Ireland and his good friend and cousin, Robert Boyce. James was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
