Susy A. Sciola Shaffer, 62, of New Castle, passed away on October 29, 2018.

Born on August 15, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Danny and Lena DeNicola Sciola who preceded her in death.

On August 25, 1999 she married her beloved husband, Dwight Shaffer who preceded her in death on May 6, 2006.

She was affiliated with New Hope Family Worship Center.

Susan is survived by her brother, Anthony Sciola and his wife Debbie of New Jersey, and a sister, Matilda Pepe and her husband Pasquale of West Lake, OH and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 11th, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road. There will be a memorial service at 5:00 pm at the funeral home officiated by Rev. Bill Whisel.
