Orville R.  Duncan IV
Orville R. Duncan IV, 25, of Waynesburg, PA, passed away the evening of August 31, 2018. He was born on August 17, 1993 in Ellwood City, PA. He is survived by his parents, Orville Duncan III and Katrina Runyan, both of New Castle. He also is survived by his wife, Crystal Steffler, whom he married on June 4, 2018.

Orville had worked as a pipeliner for Laborers Union Local 1058 at Otis Eastern Service LLC. He enjoyed cutting trees and walking outside. Orville’s greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially his son.

In addition to his wife and parents, Orville is survived by his son, Isaiah Duncan of New Castle; stepchildren, Hannah Keisling and Trenton Keisling, both of Waynesburg, PA; and sisters, Susan Duncan of New Castle and Chloe Duncan of Ellwood City, PA. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Serenity Ann Duncan.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. Services will be conducted Tuesday at 6:00pm at the funeral home, officiated by Reverend Dennis Bupp.
