Dorothy DiLullo, 98, of New Castle, passed away the morning of May 15, 2018 at Clen Moore Place. Born on July 4, 1919 in Youngstown, OH, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Lombardo Pico. On October 5, 1940, she married her beloved husband, Reynold DiLullo, and the two of them spent over 61 years together until he preceded her in death on February 13, 2002.

Dorothy was a member of St. Camillus Church. She enjoyed cooking, making crafts, playing Bingo, and reading. Her passion in life was her family; Dorothy cherished every moment she spent with them and loved when they would visit her.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Rosemary Palmer of State College, PA and Terri Neff and husband Fred of New Castle, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Sgt. Jeffrey A. Palmer; brothers, Pat, Samuel, and Joseph Pico; and sister, Connie Gould.

Private services will be held at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd, officiated by Deacon Dan Kieler and Reverend Matthew Bupp. Interment will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
