Carl Riley, 64, of New Castle, passed away the morning of April 9, 2018 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. He was born on June 22, 1953 in New Castle.

Carl had owned Cindi-Lou’s Restaurant in Wampum, PA for many years. He loved the holidays especially Halloween. He was an avid baseball and Steelers fan. Carl cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. Carl is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cindi-Lou Riley; daughter, Carla Riley; sons, Chad Riley and wife Brandy and Christian Riley; grandchildren, Forrest, Gabrielle, Carter, and Olivia; two sisters; and two brothers.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11:00am at New Castle Bible Church 2762 W. State Street, conducted by Pastor Max Bungard.
