Charlotte Julia  Wallace
Charlotte J. Wallace (Little Char), 81, of New Castle, gently passed away the morning of March 2, 2018 at Haven Convalescent Home with her daughter Sherre by her side. Born on June 7, 1936 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Loyal and Charlotte Mills Tanner.

Charlotte was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and worked there in many roles. She enjoyed making delicious Sunday dinners for her family, as well as dancing and playing bingo. She will always be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her family.

Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Sherre Frampton and husband David of Hubbard, OH and Elizabeth Lusk and husband Jeremy of Mentone, CA, three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Wallace, and brother, Ronald Tanner.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. Services will be conducted Wednesday at 7:00pm at the funeral home, officiated by Reverend Dennis Bupp.
