Anthony E. "Buzzy"  Panella III
Anthony E. (Buzzy) Panella III, 66, of New Castle, passed away the evening of January 7, 2018 at his residence. Born on November 26, 1951 in New Castle, he was the son of Florence (Tedale) Quint Lutz of New Castle and the late Anthony (Buzzy) Panella Jr. Surviving at home is his beloved wife, the former Brenda Senchak, whom he married on June 21, 2006.

Anthony retired as a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He served his country as a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1971 to 1973. Anthony was a member of Mary Mother of Hope Parish. He enjoyed golfing and working in his yard. He cherished every moment he spent with his grandson Anthony.

In addition to his wife, Anthony is survived by his daughter, Gretchen Panella of New Castle; brothers, his twin Richard Panella of Boca Raton, FL, David J. Panella and wife Karen, and Martin J. Panella, all of New Castle; sisters, Judy Martwinski and husband Dan of New Castle, Arleen Crisci of Largo, FL, and Lena Antuono and husband David of New Castle; brothers-in-law, Doug Senchak and wife Roxanne and Dale Senchak and wife Barbara, all of New Castle; mother-in-law, Marilyn Senchak of New Castle; and grandson and love of his life, Anthony Lee Panella.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. Services will be conducted Wednesday at 5:00pm at the funeral home, officiated by Reverend Matthew Bupp.
