Obituary for Paul W. Taylor

Paul W. Taylor, 85, of Wampum, PA, passed away the afternoon of December 8, 2017 at The Grove at New Castle. Born on February 23, 1932 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Paul W. Sr. and Leora Burke Taylor. On October 10, 1952, he married his beloved wife, the former Barbara Eddy, and the two spent 61 wonderful years together until she preceded him in death on April 12, 2014.

Paul retired as a truck driver for Teamsters Local 261.

Paul is survived by his children, Robert H. Taylor and wife Barbara of Wampum, PA, Ronald J. Taylor and wife Sheila of Talmo, GA, and Raymond Taylor and wife Maria of Wampum, PA; sisters, Ethel Michaels and husband Dick and Beverly Hall; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Taylor, sister, Molly, and brothers, Hal and Harry.

Private services will be held at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd.

Interment will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
