Obituary for Susan E. Newton

Susan E. Newton, 58, of New Castle, passed away the morning of September 2, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born on November 21, 1957 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Harold E. and Velma Gettings Nimmo. Surviving at home is her beloved husband, Wesley A. Newton Sr., whom she married on August 18, 1973.

Susan had worked as a nurse for Ron Joy Nursing Home in Younsgtown, OH.

In addition to her husband, Susan is survived by her children, Angie L. Trott, Wesley A. Newton Jr., Joshua H. Newton, and Jeremy R. Newton, all of New Castle; two brothers; one sister; and three grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother.

There are no calling hours, and services will be private.
