Obituary for Anthony Nero
Anthony Nero, 68, of New Castle, passed away the evening of July 29, 2015 at Silver Oaks Nursing Home. Born on July 18, 1947 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Samuel and Dorothy Harding Nero.
Anthony loved dogs, especially his dog Kato.
Anthony is survived by his children, Anthony R. Nero and Charles Chip Nero, both of New Castle; brothers, Samuel Nero and Rudy Nero and wife Claudia, all of New Castle; sisters, Dorothy Kale, Darlene Doran, Rebecca Rouso and husband Paul, and Christina Greathouse, all of New Castle; grandchildren, Brooke Nero, Anthony R. Nero Jr., Nicholas Nero, and Aaron Nero; and one great-grandchild.
There are no calling hours planned, and services are private.
Interment will take place in St. Vitus Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Anthony's honor to Lawrence County Humane Society PO Box 62 New Castle, PA 16103.
