Rose Knass, 73, of Schenley Ave. passed away the evening of August 7, 2012 at the Overlook Medical Clinic.

Rose was born in Sharon, Pa. on August 7, 1939 a daughter of the late John and Theresa Bacani McMahon. Surviving is her husband Joseph Knass, whom she married in 1962. Rose was a loving mother who treasured her family and children.

In addition to her husband, Rose is survived by her daughter, Patty Knass-McClymonds of New Castle; her son, Jeffrey Knass and wife Margaret of Indianapolis; one sister, Mary Warner of Houston, Texas and four grandchildren.

There are no calling hours.

Private services will be held at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S. Mill St.
